Recently I had been voraciously eating sugar. I figured something must be wrong and talked to Dale about it. He hatted me on vitamin B and taking my vitamin B more regularly throughout the day. I realized I had deviated from the nutritional program he had worked out for me which included taking vitamin B at every meal time. So I went back onto the program he had given me, including the specific vitamin B product that he had tested on me, and voila – I am eating much less sugar products and in smaller portions. I simply don’t crave it anymore.
