Upon going to my car (after adjustment) I discovered that I had flexibility in my lower back and hips. I’ve always scooted forward 10 – 12″ on the seat, because it was uncomfortable to sit otherwise. Well, last night I sat all the way back and was comfortable. It’s been years – at least 10 – since I’ve been able to sit properly. So this is quite a nice result.

I was all tight and wound up feeling and having a lot of pain. After my adjustment I felt instant relief. It feels like every thing is operating now. I can breath more easily and have color in my cheeks and can stand on my tip-toes. No stress mid-back while sitting to write this. This is wonderful. I arrived here with great discomfort and pain. Severe pain. I was not able to function at work or even drive to work. I could not sleep at night. I needed immediate help. A couple of years ago I had a whiplash injury from my car being rear ended. My body kept tightening it’s muscles continually, but Dr. Cooper kept working on it relentlessly so that over time I was able to go from having to have adjustments three times a week, with a massage afterwards, to being able to go without an adjustment for a month to six weeks. Recently, my left foot was not moving properly. I was having pains in the area right below the ankle, all around the foot. I got a massage and treatments for it but it wasn’t until I came to Dr. Cooper and he adjusted it that I could immediately feel the difference in that my foot and ankle joint new moved again. I really appreciate Dr. Cooper’s help and expertise.
