I had bad back pain for years from doing construction work–over 10 years of pain. I quit that kind of work and started in computers, but I still continued to have back problems. When it became chronic, I sought medical help. After MRI’S and doctors’ appointments, I was left with the option of either being in pain or having surgery. Not wanting to have surgery at the ripe age of 40, I took the advice of a good friend and went to see Dr. Cooper. Well, from being on medication and facing surgery, my feelings were dim. But after the first visit to Dr. Cooper I was without pain and the words “I can help you” made a dramatic change in my life, both physically and mentally. Thank you Dr. Cooper for giving me my life back, and I’m pain free.

It made total sense to get a whole new set of x-rays when I first went to Dr. Cooper’s. The other two chiropractors I had just been to didn’t even do this at all. He then saw what was going on in order to fix what was wrong. My body had been in very bad shape. I had to turn my whole body around to even talk to someone to my left or right (I could not move my neck at all). Now I have some motion in my neck. I can turn my head slightly to the left and slightly to the right. This is more than I could do in a long time. Also, I can stand up for five minutes without the pain being so bad I almost start crying. I am getting better and now have hope that I’ll be able to do things again, where before I didn’t think that I’d ever be able to dance or even walk for any period of time, as even walking was becoming more and more difficult as the days were going by. I can now walk at least one block without the pain level volume getting too high. This is also an improvement. I need to keep making more progress like this.

Something big happened after my last spinal adjustment on Wednesday. Immediately afterwards I noticed something major had happened. I didn’t feel the need to stretch my back or do motions to be more comfortable with it. This continued through the night. Instead of stretching in the night and trying to find a comfortable position, I could relax more.
Also, during the last two days, it’s like my body (my back and connected nerves, other body parts, etc.) has “come together.” It’s hard to describe, but before I went to the chiropractor, in the night I felt like my body parts were lying in different locations in the bed, spread out and not connected! And then there was this huge “run over by a truck” feeling in the morning and during the day. Sometimes it would last all day. It was horrible. I felt like I was getting OLD, for real.
All this started to change for the better when I started the chiropractic adjustments eight weeks ago. I’ve experienced many positive improvements along the way. I think something that had been making me very uncomfortable got put back in place in my back area. Now it’s a totally different feeling! It’s VERY good.

I came to Dr. Cooper after a car accident on the recommendation of friends. My back was so stiff and sore I had difficulty moving. My back improved greatly after just one treatment. My back was flexible again! My back has become more flexible and less painful as my treatments have progressed. Also, I am more energetic and have a more positive and cheerful attitude. My allergy symptoms have eased and are more tolerable. I wake up easier and even talk to people in the first half-hour after walking without snapping their heads off! (I wake up grumpy). I was so impressed with chiropractic treatment that I had my sister and mother come in to see Dr. Cooper. They have both had excellent progress with treatment also. I feel that many people would benefit from receiving chiropractic care.

The adjustments were really great and they gave me a much better posture and feeling in my body. I suffered from back pain in my lower back because of a recent accident. I feel so much better after every adjustment that Dr. Cooper gives me. The pain in my lower back disappears and it feels great. I am very thankful for Dr. Cooper and his wonderful talent.
