Upon going to my car (after adjustment) I discovered that I had flexibility in my lower back and hips. I’ve always scooted forward 10 – 12″ on the seat, because it was uncomfortable to sit otherwise. Well, last night I sat all the way back and was comfortable. It’s been years – at least 10 – since I’ve been able to sit properly. So this is quite a nice result.

I have never had a normal cycle. My nutrition has also never really been exactly right. I started my period, at age 15. Also having my spine curved things weren’t working right all together. After getting regular adjustments and taking proper vitamins. I started having a normal cycle after regular adjustments and vitamins.

I had been experiencing a bad headache for over 3 weeks, and finally was sent here for a chiropractic adjustment. It had been affecting my studies pretty badly, and was understandably affecting my mood. I got an adjustment and it felt much better. After a couple of adjustments my headaches were gone.

I received an adjustment on Wednesday later that night I was able to sleep — it felt amazing.
Normally I toss and turn for hours before I fall asleep but after the adjustment within 5 minutes I fell asleep.
